Serotonin syndrome:
agitation or restlessness, diarrhea, tachycardia, BP elevation, typically occurring within several hours of taking the new medication or increasing the dose of the medication
Administer cautiously in patients at risk for respiratory depression even though Tramadol is not a true opioid.
